Fluff Ball Tutorial
For large ball lay 8 sheets of tissue paper on top of one another.
Fold the paper accordion style.
Place and tighten a twisty tie around the center of the tissue paper.
Round the edges.
Fan out the the tissue paper.
Fluff!
